One of the most common mistakes with your squat is your lack of ability to actually do a proper squat. Try performing an overhead squat, if it looks like figure A (which many of you will) then chances are you probably don’t spend much time at all mobilizing your body.
The Deadlift is one of the best exercises, simple! The problem is that most people cannot execute them properly. Even though it may look right, most people are not firing and utilizing the correct muscles; they may have poor form, and in the long run are looking at serious damage to their lower backs.

Consistency: Always stay consistent, even if you don’t see visible changes after a week or two do not throw in the towel! It takes time to see changes and if every time you don’t see them and you give up how the hell will you ever achieve the body you want?
It took me a day to read the book The Art of Closing the Sale by Brian Tracy, it was so good I just couldn't put it down. I loved it. Over the past few years I made it a point to read a book a week. In 10 years that is 500 books, imagine how much more you would learn if you read 500 books. I can attribute much of the success of myself and business to reading. Reading is to the midn what exercising is to the body.
