11 Of The Worst FAT LOSS myths

 

Below are some of the worst fat loss myths we have ever heard.  There is a lot of nonsense info floating around on the internet, and we will always do our best to make sure that you don’t get suckered into the BS!

 

  1. You need to cut out all of your carbohydrates to get ripped!
  2. You cannot eat any carbs after 6pm
  3. You need to do hours of cardio a day at a very low intensity
  4. Eat every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism
  5. Don’t workout a body part more then once a week or it is considered “overtraining”
  6. You cant eat fruits
  7. You have to eat fish to make your skin get thinner
  8. All calories are the same
  9. You cannot consume any dairy products
  10. Don’t eat anything with “fats”
  11. Crunches will get your abs to show
