How to Get Ripped Like Celebrities! Celebrity Secrets Revealed!

How do celebrities transform their bodies so much in such little time?

How did Taylor Lautner, Ryan Gosling, Dwayne Johnson, Christian Bale, and Daniel Craig pack on so much muscle so fast?

How did Beyonce, Jessica Simpson, Jessica Alba, Snooki, Christina Aguilera, Pink, Jennifer Aniston, and Anne Hathaway lose so much weight?

What were their diets? What were there workouts? What are their secrets?

People today search all day attempting to find celebrity secrets to lose weight or build muscle, in hopes of applying them to themselves and changing their own body.

Well rather than giving you a diet or workout, I want to give you the reason why most celebrities succeed in their goals to transform their body.

It's has to with the mind. 

Yes, the mind again. Never underestimate the power of the mind.

Put yourself in the shoes of Taylor Lautner, an example celebrity who packed on 30 pounds of muscle in under a year. 

The movie he was in, Twilight, was going to make a sequel. Well the character he played, Jacob Black, becomes bigger and stronger in the sequel.

The problem was Taylor was very skinny. So they decided to replace him with another guy.

Well Taylor, in order to continue playing that role, started working with a trainer to transform his body and weight train.

The result? 30 pounds of muscle and a role in the sequel.

So why am I telling you this? I want you to imagine the amount of pressure he had to transform his physique.

He had only a short time to transform his body and if he didn't, he would get cut from his role.

If that doesn't motivate you to work your butt off, what does?

Keep it mind that this was one of the top grossing movies that year and was watched my MILLIONS around the world.

So the big picture is, he made a goal and was motivated. That is a recipe for success.

Notice I said goal, not dream.
