Trick to Make Barbell Curls More Effective

With the dream of having bigger biceps in our mind, many people today do endless bicep curls at the gym.



Well to help you people reach that goal, here's a great tip very few know to make the bicep curl even harder and more effective.

When doing biceps curls, always have a full range of motion.

What does that mean?

Allow the arms to fully extend down AND lean back your upper torso slightly.

This stretches the arm and makes the exercise much harder.

But this does NOT mean to tilt in and then yank your torso back while curling.

What it means is to tilt back and THEN curl.

They are two separate motions!
