Lower Back Pain After Running? Cure Aching Lower Back Problems!
Lower Back Pain After Running? Cure Aching Lower Back Problems!

Many people can't sprint without having lower back pain and soreness the next day.

What could be wrong?

Although there's many possibilities for why your back aches so much after exercise, the most common reason has to do with the foot.

Yes, the foot, not the lower back.

No matter how many back massages, spas, and spine exercises you do, the pain will remain.

Many people have feet that are either pronated or supinated.

The pronated and supinated feet cause your feet to absorb less of the shock and force of exercise.

Thus, putting more strain on your back.

Not only that, they put your knee and hip in an unnatural, stressful position.

So how do you cure your foot pronation and supination problems?

The best solution would be orthotics.

Although the cost a lot, they are very much worth it and can last a decade.

Overtime, the problem will get bigger and bigger so it is vital you fix your feet problems as soon as you can before it's too late.
