If you want to last longer in your workouts, take intra-workout carbohydrates and BCAA's.


The carbs will replenish your glycogen stores, improve mental focus, and reduce muscle breakdown.


So take BCAA's with carbs such as waximaize, dextrose, and maltodextrin.


Another solution is to drink BCAA's with Gatorade or Powerade.


They may contain some extra calories but in the long run, it will help you by allowing you to exercise longer and burn more calories.
