Train High Intensity But Not Losing Weight? The Truth About High Intensity Workouts!

 

Most people today do not understand what having a high intensity workout means.

                      

Doing an exercises quickly does not mean you have "high intensity."

 

It also does not have to do with the amount of sets and reps either!

 

Then what is intensity?

 

Intensity has to do with your rest periods.

 

Doing a set and then resting 5 minutes is low intensity.

 

Doing a set, resting 30 seconds, and doing another set is high intensity.

 

You don't have the do exercises fast with a crazy facial expression to be training at a high intensity!

 

All that will do is decrease your gains and make you more prone to injury.

 

For best fat loss results and a fat burning metabolism, minimize rest periods.

 

Don't let your heart rate go way down and have your body lose that "heat."

 

Try that out your next workout and you'll see how much harder your workouts get!

 

Too many people rest too long after a set!

 

But they don't know it! They think they're resting "1 minute."
