When should you do cardio ?



One of the most common questions I get asked about cardio isn’t what form (jogging, walking, running, etc) or type (Liss, HITT, etc.) but rather what TIME is the best to do cardio for fat loss.

From personal experience, there is no set time to perform cardio. It should be performed when you have the most energy and time.  Sure fasted cardio may have some small fat burning benefits, but the key to reaping the weight loss benefits from cardio is from doing the workout. Planning out when you have the time will allow you to be more consistent and will produce the greatest weight loss results with a structured diet.
