 We offer in-house posing coaching to help you master your poses. Our expert will guide you step-by-step, ensuring you step on stage with confidence and perfect technique.

 The frequency of check-ins varies based on your phase of preparation. Typically, you will check in 1-2 times weekly, but as the competition approaches, check-ins may become daily or even more frequent to ensure optimal progress.

Yes, you will have the opportunity to meet your coach in person at our exclusive Hammer Fitness Headquarters (HQ) in Scarborough, Ontario, just 15 minutes from Downtown Toronto. Our HQ is dedicated solely to our clients, and we highly recommend in-person check-ins and posing sessions to maximize your preparation and success.

 No, you do not need performance-enhancing drugs to compete. We have successfully coached thousands of athletes naturally, many of whom have won competitions and even turned professional in the IFBB. Achieving excellence without drugs is entirely possible and encouraged.
