Yes, we work with athletes doing their first show. We ensure that all athletes feel like they are our only athlete with our attention to detail, time and focus.
We have an in-house posing coach that will help you master your posing so that you go on stage feeling confident and prepared.
The frequency of check-ins is dependant upon the phase you are in. On average you will be checking in 1-2x weekly but closer to a competition you may be checking in daily and even several times daily.
You can but it’s not advisable. We understand what judges are looking for at every level of competition and prepare you accordingly to ensure you will be competitive.
We have a gym Hammer Fitness HQ in Scarborough which is dedicated to our clients only. We always suggest our athletes come in person for check ins, posing etc.
We go to almost every show to ensure our clients feel prepared and supported on show day.
