Posing is a dedicated part of your contest prep. Your coach will work with you one-on-one to develop your stage presence, mandatory poses, and transitions. We also offer standalone posing-only sessions for athletes who want to sharpen their presentation.
Check-ins are done weekly. You'll submit progress photos, body weight, and any updates so your coach can assess your progress and make precise adjustments to your plan in real time. Nothing is guessed — every change is data-driven.
It depends on your program. In-person training is available at our Scarborough facility. Online coaching clients connect with their coach via video calls, messaging, and regular check-ins — the level of attention and accountability is the same regardless of format.
